This steps are really effective. Without this, any kind of surgery, exercise, or diet will never be effective without this.But this steps are not just effective on getting physically fit. It also gives a better way of having a better living.HOW?

1. Goal setting.


You have to have a goal for you to be able to know which way to go.  If you have a goal, you have something to work for to achieve. You have the reason to do what ever things must be done. You have to ask your self: "what do I want to have in life?"




2. Start Today
If you really want something to happen, you should start today, for tomorrow might be too late. you cannot get the opportunity back once it was gone. So start today and go get it!





3.No shortcuts


If there is no PAIN, there is no GAIN! Every thing takes time to happen. You should learn to wait. As long as you sincerely worked for it, I'm sure you'll get it. Patience is a virtue. Don't let your self regret the day you had a chance to do something or meet someone for you committed the shortcut.



4. Motivate yourself

Motivations are every where. It can be your family, friends, a special someone or could be anyone else in this world. But remember, motivations can be motivations if and only if you let them motivate you. Do not be self centered. It can bring you no where.






5. Be happy



Be happy with what you have. A man was never contented but that doesn't mean that you cannot be happy anymore. You always have a choice. You make your own choices and so you must be happy for it. Don't make a choice that at the end of the day you will regret.
